Three weeks wait for a faulty product

I ordered a fancy vacuum cleaner as a Christmas present on the 20th of December, the expected delivery time shows as 27th Dec on their website.By January still nothing, look on their website and the order is already CLOSED?! Shows as sent through to their courier service. They "tried" to delivery on 24th Dec.

Received no call/email/correspondence other than an automated mails asking me to "rate their service" and "How are you enjoying your product? ". Check up support address on website and mail them on 5th Jan asking where my delivery is. Receive zero feedback to this day.

Product did however get delivered 10 Jan. After assembling notice that the round plastic that the water filter rotates into is warped and that the thing leaks water everywhere. Cannot speak to their support as they completely ignore my request/s even after specifically mailing support and telling them that it appears I can only communicate with them through Hellopeter they still don't bother to respond.

Have someone competent contact me to pick up this and reimburse me in full.
