Still waiting for REFUND

Groupon has a policy that you can cancel your purchase within 7 days. I bought a voucher on gourpon on the 26th and requested a cancellation and stated specific reasons.By the 2nd of September Groupon had all of the required details to process my refund. I sent a follow up email on the 4th, 5th and 9th with no feedback (note all previous communications were on email) I then phoned on the 11th and the customer service rep advised that she would speak to the refunds department and get this resolved the same day. On the 12th still nothing. I then phoned again and the lady I spoke to - Rain advised that my refund was not yet submitted to the refunds department and that it could take 7-10 days as it was a credit card refund. I told her that I told Chantel (to refer to my email on the 2nd) and the rep on the 11th that this was an EFT - she then said that she would sort it out and I would not need to phone again. Today the 13th of September - STILL nothing
