Still waiting for refund after numerous requests

Please can you refund my credit card for voucher purchased. I am struggling to get a booking date that suits me and would like to cancel this deal all together. I have spoken to Virgors Beauty Parlour and requested that they advise Groupon on the voucher which they have already submitted - this should not have been submitted before customer has had their treatment.
