You know... I really, really enjoyd the small things I bought on Groupon like movie tickets, pizza and pasta - BUT THE ONE TIME I BOUGHT BIG - WHAT A MISTAKE.

I bought a Spa voucher and this place dissapeard from earth!

Groupon send us an e-mail on 20 August... :
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that unfortunately, Luxury Lifestyle Spa has closed down.
You can no longer redeem your Groupon there.
Please contact us on the details below to obtain your refund if you have not already redeemed your voucher.
Please ignore this email if you have already redeemed your Groupon.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

So I have contacted Groupon AS REQUESTED in the mail from you and since then - I must always ask for feedback and follow up.

I even had to send my personal bankstatements to show that I have not recieved the monies into my bank.
The way I see it is you are not a credit provider, so shouldn't be asking for this information.

I will report Groupon to the Consumer Act / Umbud if this is not sorted by 20 September 2013.
