I am a new member of the Astral group recently purchased a voucher, i received my voucher and was a bit confused as i do have a tendencies of forgetting. i called Astral Back and was assisted by Elaine who was so patient and assertive with me. i am a bit slow and had so much question but she was really patient and assisted the best she could. she helped with the bookings and i went on a holiday this weekend that past. i had an extremely wonderful time with my partner and 2 year old baby. thank you Elaine and Astral group, i will be coming back for more
