Goods not received, still waiting for a refund

1. I ordered a bag in February 2013, never received the bag, I called and was told that it is out of stock I will be contacted to let me know if I will get the bag or a refund. I received an email stating that I will get a refund I must supply my banking details and proof of payment which is what I did and up until today the 21st of May 2013 I have received nothing amid so many telephone calls to the Call Centre spending a lot of money and time. Every time I ask I am told in 7days' time I must check my account, it is now more than 2months that I have been waiting.
2. I again ordered pots in March 2013, same story as above I am still waiting, could someone please do something about this ATROCIOUS service that we are getting from GROUPON, this is really not acceptable!!! Why to customers if you do not know what you are doing... PLEASE, management needs to intervene, the service is BAD!!!
