Waiting for a refund

I purchased the bamboo cutting boards on 19 Dec 2012. On 10 Jan 2013, I queried with Groupon as I hadn't received the cutting boards. I was told that the supplier had run out of stock, but I would receive the cutting boards as soon as stock arrived. I subsequently received the cutting boards (end Jan 2013), but they were broken. I again contacted Groupon, and was assured that I will be refunded as soon as they collected the cutting boards. After numerous phone calls and emails, a courier eventually collected the cutting boards on 8 March 2013. Since then I have called and emailed Groupon to get a refund. Eventually on 8 May 2013 I received an email from the refunds team saying that a refund has been made to my credit card and it should reflect in 3 - 5 working days. Its 2 weeks today and still no refund!
