1 month and still waiting for refund :(

I purchased a voucher and could not redeem it because the supplier closed down. I have been waiting for a month for Groupon to process my refund. When I call to complain they say it is because I respond to the e-mail that is why my application goes to the back of the queue. If I am unhappy WHO DO I CONTACT THEN???
