Groupon - Poor service!!!

There service received from Groupon has been really pathetic. I purchased vouchers in June 2012 and the supplier ended up being out of business. I then requested for a refund from Groupon. We are now almost in March 2013 and I am still waiting for my funds. I made more purchases this year and there was another issue with the voucher so I requested for a refund which was in January 2013, once again still waiting for the money. I sent through the statement indicating that no funds were credited to my account, I also went to the bank to confirm the payment which i think is really not fair as the problem is not with the bank and this becomes time consuming.

If Groupon is not prepared to pay refund their customers then perhaps they should not provide such a service!!!
