STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND, AFTER BEING IGNORED!!

I am actually shocked and disgusted to see that there are many people with the same nature of complaint as me.
I purchased a Groupon for a restaurant and when I went to redeem my Groupon I find that the restaurant has been closed down.

I sent an email to Groupon on 16 February 2013 and got no reply. I then sent another email and again received no reply. I then phoned Groupon on 26 February and spoke to Lindo who actually sent me an email following the phone call and i sent her my bank details. I then received an email from Naomi asking for more details about my banking and was told it will take 7-9 working days for the money to come through.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY!!!

I have since sent another email on 13 March and received no response (no shock there)

I am beyond upset with the LACK of customer service from Groupon!!
