Misleading and incorrect advertising

I bought a travel deal for dinner, game drive and one night bed for 2 people 3 weeks ago. There were no restrictions on the number of vouchers (eg one per couple, only one day over a weekend etc etc in the terms and conditions). When I tried to redeem the vouchers at the lodge, the owner indicated that only one voucher per couple may be used and that Groupon advertised it incorrectly. I contacted Cobus at Groupon and he promised to refund me. A few days later I looked at the deal again and the terms and conditions were changed from what it originally was - which is unethical to do without informing the customers who bought the deal. To date could not confirm that the refund was done by Groupon.
Please be aware, Groupon place incorrect ads and change it later without informing any of its customers. Make sure to make print screens of all deals in detail before buying any vouchers.
