SAA
Bumped off flight and left stranded due to failure

Was bumped of an evening CT/OR Tambo flight at boarding gate due to overbooking. No prior notification at all. Was then told a taxi service would be provided at OR Tambo but this denied once in Jhb. Had to ask partner to come collect me late at night in unsafe conditions, staying 12oKm away!

Two open seats were noticed by team members not bumped off flight! No care attitude by SAA who is unconcerned by the safety and customer compromise caused by them! SAA fail at basic seat allocations, bump people off making false promises and could not care to justify their actions!
