Overbooked flight - Boarding denied

My ticket to East London was booked well in advance. I get to the check in only to be told that my boarding has been denied due to the flight being already full!! The reason for this is an overbooked flight... what nonsense... my ticket was confirmed. The best you could do is put me on standby for a 10h00 flight... STANDBY!!! You overbook a flight, deny me my seat which was booked in advance and then the best you can do is put me on standby. I will never recommend this airline to anybody ever. What's your excuse? Go on try to make one
