NON DELIVERY - BLAMING ONE ANOTHER

Booked a Blue Train package for O/Seas friends with Thompsons Travel (TT). Never mind the trials and tribulations when making the booking with TT, consultant Nadia Vrey, our friends arrived in CT today. However there was no car, or anyone to meet the guests from Budget Rent a Car. The guests got a taxi to the Budget rental in Bree Str. On taking this up with TT, I was advised that they had made the necessary arrangements for the car to be dropped off at the train station. I was given a reference no: which is SS36726G01. I then followed up with Budget Rent a Car in CT, Bree Str Branch and I spoke to a lady named Whitney, who advised that TT had not made the appropriate arrangements. I then went back to TT, who denied this. I took the matter up with Caren Bradley at TT who looked into it and have subsequently heard from Wendy Schulze at TT, stating that the problem is with Budget. So where does the error lie, who is telling the truth? We want to know.
