Had the worst experience on 25/01/13 at OR Tambo. When we arrived at the airport, for our 19:25 flight, we were told that the flight has already closed a minute before we got there, we were there at 18:56 we pleaded with the person who was assisting us to at least let them know that we already there, if they can open for us, and we did not have luggage to book in, it was a matter of us just to get to a flight, but they refused. The worst thing is I had an important meeting to attend, which I missed, cause there were no flights available that night, and the only flight we could get was for this morning of which we thought it was pointless to get cause we were being ripped off, as we had to pay 80% more than the original flight we book. We even tried to plead with Nhlanhla who was the supervisor, but he was so arrogant, unhelpful, didn't want to listen to us. Lodge a compaint with them, and Fazila khan responded with an e-mail, which @ the end sums up, that we could've been on that plane, cause the boarding gate closes 10 min before departure, cause I was unhappy with her response, I cc'd the CEO Mike Venter on Monday, still haven't had anything from his office till this day.
