Sa Express
SAA drama at 5:45... Horror!!

I was booked on the SA Express 1101 from ORTIA to Kimberley airport, 5:45 am. As i was boarding, a message appeared that 'the passager has already boarded', i then asked the lady at the boarding gate if everything was allright and she assured me all was well. After being seated on 11C as per my ticket, another lady came and told me she was also booked for the same seat 11C. The lady spoke to the flight attended who asked her to sit anywhere where there was space. A few minutes later, the captain annouced that there was a problem as it appears someone was in the flight who wasn't supposed to be there. The flight attended then came to ask for my boarding pass and went away, a few minutes later she returned and gave it back. She came again to ask me if i was sure i was on the right flight. People started staring at me and asked the same question, i was then asked for my id book and felt like a criminal. It was so unpleasant as people were staring at me with questioning eyes. It was the most degrading experience ever.. I am so mad and demand an apology from SA express. The whole dilemma took about 20 minutes which delayed the fight.. All this after i woke up at 3am so i could be on tim
