Delayed flight

On 25 April 2013, flight BA6414 (CPT to ORT) was delayed. There was just over an hour delay in boarding during which time there was a gate change from opposing ends of the airport and I also noticed that the CPT to DBN flight was delayed by 2 hours. Instead of an arrival time of 14:20 the flight eventually disembarked at 15.45 which meant that I would be staring squarely down the eyes of peak hour traffic. Needless to say that there was no compensation for the lost time or additional cost. The captain was apologetic saying that the problem was from delays in the morning flights

On 28 April 2013, flight BA6429 (ORT to CPT) was 15 minutes late. The flight crew arriving when the gates were scheduled to close. A slap in the face?

I would like to know, who pays for the extra time in the exorbitantly priced airport parking? The increased use of fuel.

Definitely not using BA again. The low cost budget airlines are by far more efficient and are very rarely late. Have a look at the departure and arrival TVs and you will see.
