SAA DOUBLE BILLS ME AND HAS NOT REFUNDED

When making a telephone booking for flights, SAA has charged me more than double what they should. They just debited my credit card without authorization. No one is available to fix or correct it. In the meantime they sit with my R5000. DISGUSTING!
