I booked return flight from Cpt to Jnb about a month before my departure on 27 Dec. I checked in online around 11h30 the morning of my flight (14h35) and printed my boarding pass at home. As I had no luggage to check in, I went straight to the boarding gate. As I sat down to wait for boarding (13h00), I saw I had a sms received at 12h46 from Kulula. Message detail said that my flight at 14h35 had been cancelled and I was moved to the 12h45 flight!!! I went straight to the ladies at the boarding desk. They confirmed that my flight was not cancelled BUT I was not on the passenger list despite the fact that I had a printed boarding pass!!

I had to go all the way back out to the ticket office, wait anxiously in line and then get sent to another counter before I was helped and re-booked onto the flight. I sincerely hope that Kulula corrects their system as this causes unnecessary stress and inconvenience for their passengers. I was not the only passenger affected by this that day.
