Travelstart
False Advertising! Charge more than prices quoted!

On Tuesday, 17 December 2013, we tried booking flights through the Travelstart website as they offer "the best travel deals" and "no hidden costs".(whatever!)
Once again we were disappointed with the buying experience!
After choosing our ticket option (which was shown to be R5795pp) an amount of R7595pp added to our cart - AGAIN, as we've had this experience during Sep. when booking tickets to Paris too. After going back and forth to try and see if we had misread the initial price (which was still being advertised as R5795 AFTER taxes etc.) we decided to just go ahead and purchase the tickets.
All traveller info AND credit card info was entered as requested - only to be notified that we could no longer purchase these tickets. When phoning their contact number to try and book the tickets through an agent we were notified that we would have to pay R7700 pp!!
We ended up buying tickets directly from the airline - for MUCH CHEAPER than this!
I will NEVER use Travelstart again for any ticket purchases and intend to tell EVERYONE wanting to travel to not even consider Travelstart.
2 bad experiences regarding prices within a few months... totally unprofessional and completely false!
