I booked flights to the UK for myself and 3 family members through Travelstart. I had to make changes to the flights both in terms of the flight out and the return flight due to circumstances and duly paid a ridiculous amount of money for said changes for myself and 2 of the other passengers. The remaining passenger only required a change of the date we leave. This was confirmed by Travelstart via email. Now I have gone to check in online and only three of the passengers are listed! My daughter's ticket is nowhere to be seen! Having spent over R90000 on economy class tickets, I would expect Travelstart to ensure that the booking was correct and not to cancel tickets that have been paid for. What are we to do now as we are leaving tomorrow? And of course there is no after hours number only an urgent email address! I am also still awaiting feedback from them regarding extending our travel insurance. I have phoned an emailed to no avail. That is not as much of a problem as the missing ticket, though!
