Taken my money and got no tickets and no service

I booked two tickets to Barcelona 2 days ago. After the website timed out, I got an email saying there were problems with the system and I will be receiving the right email later. Later I start receiving confirmation emails but no tickets yet. I receive 100 of these emails, literally 100! in-between I got 2 emails with my e-ticket confirmation. Then all of the sudden I receive 4 emails saying my booking has been cancelled. I checked my online banking and see that the payment has gone off. I tried to phone travelstart, the one number does not exist the other just keeps you on hold till you go blue out of frustration! The website proclaims they have eager staff online ready to chat via their chat system on the website - this just stays offline... So now I don't know whether I have tickets or not, but I have certainly paid for them. And looking at all the other complaints Id rather have them cancelled and refunded as it certainly cant be a good trip with all those complaints! This was the first time I used travelstart and I will certainly never use them again!
