I made a booking for two to Durban from Cape Town. Fly to Durban on 28 Mar and return on 1 Apr to Cape Town. 5 Days later looking at the booking i realised that i booked the 1 May and not the 1 Apr. Oh no its my mistake. Well i called travelstart and corrected the booking to my dates. Now all set and ready to fly.

When looking at the cost of travel the first booking was R5138.00 for two return. Well not to bad.
Then i changed the booking to 1 Apr. and that was and extra cost of R2751.00. Now all the flights are costing me R7840.98. Something is wrong here. So i called travelstart and with lots of bla bla bla, its not there problem.
Even spoke top the manager. After the call i go and see what the cost of new tickets will be. R 6385.00 and its 5 days after i made the first booking. So i must pay R1456.00 more for using a travel agent. Well not anymore.
So everyone please make sure you do not make a wrong booking or it will cost lots of money. Thanks for no help travelstart. You have your money now so what about the customer. Does not look like real customer service. Maybe your backs are not as flexible as the one on TV now. Maybe try and bend backwards for customers it may help.
