Kulula not beinga accommodating at all!

I booked a flight with Kulula for 19 Dec @ 20h20 from JHB to Durban and paid. 2 days later I find out that my accommodation from the Durban Airport is almost 2hrs far, so after doing the math I find out I'll be driving VERY late at night, allone.
So I phone the Airline to try and make changes for an earlier flight for the same day. Just to find out it will cost me R890. The ticket was R670.
I spoke to a Manager also, pleading, begging, explaining my sitsuation that I'm female & can't drive alone that late, but to no avail. They're sorry but I can't even go on Standby when someone on the earlier flights does not pitch, that's 'not our policy".

NO help in ANY way!!!
So I will now end up loosing the R670 for the ticket, because I cannot change the details without paying a further R890 for the changes and because I cannot take the chance to still go & drive to my destination that late at night.

I'm just very dissapointed that even after me being in such a state, litterally almost crying, no one at the Airline even TRIED to make a plan or tried to help me out in any way.

I use Kulula quite OFTEN, but will really think twice next time...
Cheap isn't always best!
