No reason given for 2 hour delay

Was booked on the 21h50 from King Shaka to Lanseria yesterday, the flight only left at 23h45. Nobody gave me any reason for the delay at the counters or check-in. I only found out from other passengers that there was an issue with fuel. If Kulula knew this issue through the day why did they not notify customers via sms. Instead we rushed off to the airport to be on time for a flight that they knew was going to be delayed by 2 hours. Very poor customer interaction and your staff treat everything as a joke. My time is not a joke. I pay for the convenience of air travel and the time saving. This is not the first Kulula flight that was delayed, in fact I should start counting how many are actually on time when I travel. There is no value for money here. Don't phone or email me to tell me there was a fuel issue. Treat your customers with respect and respect the service you are providing. We cannot be 5 minutes late or we miss the flight but you can run a casual operation where delays are the norm.
