5 hour flight delay

I booked a flight on [URL Removed] from Durban to Lanseria. I checked in online without any problems. Two hours before the flight I received an sms notification that the flight would be delayed by an hour. I had to watch as my friends waved by despite being on later kulula flights to both Lanseria and OR Tambo. What happens next is we get BA aeroplane and are told that refreshments will not be served as it's a different plane. Being part of Comair, I don't see why passengers were not served free drinks after such a long delay. Elsewhere in the world airlines will compesate passengers for such lenghthy delays, but not kulula. All you get is sorry for the delay and then we complain about the unfair competition from SAA & Mango. Sorry kulula, I was utterly dissappointed and will not fly you next time, will also share this horrific experience with all close to me.
