I flew to JHB with Kulula about 6 weeks ago. The flight there was fine. The return flight wasn't. We ended up waiting for 6 hours in the airport due to delays. None of the staff could tell us the reason. The flight was delayed and then delayed again. 6 Hours with no reason is unacceptable. I let that slip, however.
I flew with Kulula again this week up to JHB (Company books tickets, I have no choice). The flight there was fine but once again, the return flight was delayed, this time by 40mins with no apparent reason. How can this be happening? Is there a problem with the flight schedules or something?? The least we, as customers could get would be a decent explanation and to be kept in the loop. I have been forced to change plans several times and got home much later than expected thanks to Kulula. Not to mention the extra expense of waiting in the airport terminal and having to spend money on food/refreshments that would otherwise be saved!
