Broken Arm Rest

On my flight to JHB from Cape Town, i was unpleasantly surprised by a broken arm rest. The plastic was missing so my arm was met with cold pointy. I think this lack of care to detail on a plane is scary. Firstly seeing that i still had a long way to go, flying to NY on a connecting flight. In the future, if you wish to keep someones trust in your airline, i suggest you do the necessary repairs inside out.
