Flight Delayed and No Compensation

My wife and I had a booking from Durban to Lanseria on 29th March on Flight MN594. The flight was expected to depart at 07:55am. Only when we arrived at the airport were we informed that the flight was delayed by 2 hours and would only depart at 10:00 am.
We had to make alternative arrangements for our travel from Lanseria and change some of our holiday arrangements.
Kulula staff merely offered an apology without any compensation for a 2 hour delay!!
This is unacceptable!! If I arrived even 10 minutes late for a flight, I would not have been allowed on the flight.
