Good Day,

This is an email of complaint.

My flight was booked for 7th June 2013 18:10 from OR Tambo to King Shaka Airport (MN641).

I received an email at 10:00 this morning saying the flight would be delayed out by 50 mins and departure would be at 19:00.

Now I received an email that says my flight has again been delayed by 40 mins and will only be departing at 19:40.

I do not think this is fair as I have plans on the other side, and you guys don't actually have respect for other people's time.

I fly almost every 6 weeks to Durban and back and have never boarded and departed a KULULA flight on time.
I think you need to look at you time management policy and start keeping up you end of the bargain, it is a fortune to fly these days and I don't think that us as customers are getting out moneys worth
