Delays again

I booked a flight with Kulula from Cape Town to JHB on the 21st Mar at 18h35. Before the 21st they delayed the flight to around 19h00. They at least sent me an sms to advise me of this. I get to the airport just to get told the flight is delayed to around 20h30. I then find out later according to the boards it is delayed till 21h10. I finally got to JHB around 23h30. I was meant to be in JHB at around 20h30. 3 hour delays.

I sent Kulula an email at the airport & to date still no reply. They did not bother even providing a meal ticket like another airline did before when they were delayed. When I'm 5 mins late to booking in even thou the flight has not left, I will loose my flight & Kulula will keep my money, but when Kulula is 3 hours late it seams they don't care. My flights with Kulula are mostly delayed & I have had enough on this bad service.

When I purchased my ticket I entered an agreement with Kulula to get me to JHB by around 20h30. I don't believe they have honored this, as I only got to JHB at around 23h30. I have heard nothing from them which gives me the opinion that they feel this service level is acceptable to them.
