SAA I just want to confirm my booking!!!

It has taken almost two weeks to get a booking confirmed with SAA. There has been repeated mistakes which have an impact on what I would end up paying for airport taxes. First mistake was booking me on SAA outbound and SA Airlink inbound making the fare unnecessarily expensive; second mistake was booking departure date as 24th Sept instead of 20th Sept and return date 2nd Sept 2014 instead of 24th Sept 2013. Each time I have to call and find out if the booking is confirmed and if everything is in order. I am now waiting to pay for the booking and I strongly feel I should not be paying for mistakes that are not mine. I have spoken to two call centre managers Gracia and Buyi and I am still waiting to confirm the booking. All I want is to pay reasonable airport taxes and most importantly finalise the booking and my travel arrangements.
