"TAXES INCL" - but taxes added after price?

To Whom it may concern

I have made a booking on your website, for a return flight to Durban, and on the booking it clearly indicated
"incl Taxes" but when you process the transactions it includes taxes on the Left hand side ie, Booking Basket it includes other taxes like ACSA and this is included under a huge heading "TAXES"

this is giving the consumer wrong information and charging in acess of what is quoted above.

Please review your pricing, as the Vat amount appears to be incorrect as well.

i look forward to a response and a refund into my account.
