Booking 5716568 - I requested a booking at Kruger Park Lodge for 3 nights at Lodge 514 - received reply that it was available and I must take it up within 2 days. I accepted the quote the following morning, and deposit was requested (50%) by 4pm same day. I made the deposit into their Nedbank account the same morning (about 11:30am), now fully expecting that the booking was mine - deposit had been made in plenty of time. A while later I received EMail to say that my booking had been cancelled because someone - WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY CANCELLED - had now taken their booking up again!!! My deposit has been refunded but I still I feel very strongly that this is bad service - if you cancel then surely you go back to the end of the queue!!! To date I have not received any further feedback since the EMail cancelling my booking, and a phone call from Xolilwe who only phoned to tell me what I already knew.
