SAA have charged me 6 times on my SAA credit card for 2 flights. There. Is an overcharge of R11 896.00.
This is not the 1st time when I booked tickets to New York in June 2013, they tried to take R12 777 from my credit card which was not due. When I query this, I have to provide proof of the 4 extra debits. I leave a message for a Manager to call me but get no response.
