On the 13 September my wife and I travelled to Paris, via Air France flight AF0995. We had seats 38E/G. The plane was full, however all the passengers, including the left aisle to our seats got dinner. Our side of the aisle (subsection of the plane only) had to wait for almost 30 minutes to get food/drinks. The rest of the plane had finished their meals and the air hostesses were collecting their trays, but we were still waiting. The attitude of the air hostesses was poor, the service bad and the food tasteless. As we were left to the end, no choice was left, other than fish, although calling fish the meal we got is an insult to the sea creatures - uneatable was more accurate. What do we pay for? If the intention is not to supply food, then Air France needs to charge for the fares the same than the low cost airlines where food is not served and the cost is lower. In addition, I appreciate the service we get at ORT: Charles de Gaule airport was a complete chaos, the worst ever when compared with either other European, North or South American, Asian or even African countries. Then what can we expect from the airline, it is obviously an attitude that is passed along!!
