SAA claims to be efficient with their customer insurance claims, having to wait for more than a month makes one question their customer service. I lodged this claim in July 2013 Ref JNBSA 81287, calling them day after day I was told that management is making a decision, this has been ongoing for two weeks now. Is management ever in office? Or are they lounging around the golf courses.
