With a previous claim made, I had to wait months to receive my money. Their excuse was that i
I sent the claim form to customer care rather than to claims. And it takes -2 weeks for customer care to forward email to claim dept. (really!!!) And now on the 13th of Sep I sent a claim but forgot to attach the invoices, you would think that they would reply and tell you that they can not process your claim but instead they just ignore and hope they wont have to pay. I find this service shocking, especially as we pay R2600 per month.
