CLAIM BEING REJECTED

January 2013 i bought a VW Tiguan at VW Arcadia Pretoria, they told me that i have this smart policy for scratches and Small dents, so end May and Mid June i lodged two different claims with two different claim reference numbers, but i only went to the panel beaters on the 1st of July for both the claims. I emailed quotations (2 different quotations from two panel beaters) for the TWO DIFFERENT CLAIMS with the photos, today i get a call from smart insurance saying that my claim has been rejected because it exceeds R2000, as they combined the claims i lodged as one although the claims were two different claims with different claim numbers. The other thing is that they have my car as a Beetle in stead of Tiguan, i've asked them several times to change the information as it is incorrect, they keep on saying they will fix that.
Please kindly advise on how i can cancel this insurance as it was included in my contract when i bought my car, I dont want this as i never said i wanted it from the start, and i dont even have the contract documentation for this insurance.
