Shockingly bad

Broken in flight system. Bubblegum on the armrest. Very poor legroom on bulkhead despite being told during booking that the seats had ample legroom. Contacted SAA on their website to comment. I have not received any feedback. They are obviously not interested. This is the last time I will fly SAA out of choice.
