5 Months (ongoing) Claim process

I lodged an accident claim with King Price about 5 Months ago, I did not receive the professional courtesy with regards to feedback that I would have wanted. A claims consultant contacted me 3 or so months later asking to register a new claim for the same vehicle, I explained to her that I had already lodged a claim 3 months prior, and that I was not in an accident the day before as she had assumed. The claim is still not settled, i have sought legal advise and should be assisted by them soon. I have been paying for a car that is still with King Price, I have been paying my insurance premiums, tracking system, etc. for a car i haven't used since 5 Feb 2013. King Price should treat customers (me) in the claims stage, with the same courtesy as when we sign up. I hope this gets resolved soon.
