Bad service and attitude

My colleague and I travelled to Lanseria on the 18th May 2013 on the 06h00 flight. The trouble started at the Kulula desk with only two attendants at the check in counter, resulting in a very long line of very irate passengers. We were already in the queue by 05h15, waiting patiently. Eventually all the Lanseria passengers had to be called out from the line, because we were late for the flight. The lady who handled my check in, made a mistake with my luggage, resulting in my colleague and I paying R700 for additional luggage. Instead of rectifying her mistake, she just continued with her miserable attitude. This whole saga resulted in us running down the airport building, not to miss the flight and needless to say we had to face a plane full of very irritable passengers. I will NEVER EVER fly Kulula again!
