The departure time is stated as 21:45. I arrive at the bus stop with my toddler at 21:30. They send an sms @ 22:00 to say due to technical difficulties they will be two hours late. Two hours later I am stuck in the cold (it was below Zero deg) with my toddler. They could have informed us earlier. Then after waiting for two hours we have to endure more waiting and I finally have to go look for my own seats. Never and never again will intercape see my face. My poor child was traumatised. Horrible horrible. It was my first and last experience with intercape!!! I have never had these issues with Greyhound or Translux.
