Lanseria: unhelpful, bad experience

During a case of name corrections, a rude and unhelpful manager at Lanseria, Rishi, would not accommodate and assist x2 passengers, travelling in a group. These x2 passengers, had already traveled across SA with Kulula on these names (Kulula and BA flights) for a nation wide tour.
The passengers were refused boarding at lanseria, even though it was explained to Rishi that CPT and DBN officers had accepted the ticket names as proof of ticket purchased for these two individuals, as the corrections on names were that small. They were told to purchase new flights if they wanted to get home- a total of R 5500, Kulula ticket sales lanseria, instead they drove to OR TAMBO to purchase new tickets with Mango Airlines for half of price- R 2576.50. Not only were they not allowed on the flight, they were being ripped off by Kulula.. To this date, my complaint email sent to Kulula has not been replied to: sent 19 March. I am a Travel Liaison and will definitely use less of Kulula. Kulula service needs improve as it is always sad when an opportunity to shine, is lost, due to the arrogance of little competition.
