Hand Luggage Baggage Allowance

Dear Sir/Madam,

As a frequent flyer with Kulula to Cape Town I am continuously been annoyed by the amount of hand luggage that passengers are allowed to carry on board. This way exceeds the published limitation on your website:-
hand luggage specifications:
.Maximum 1 carry on bag
.Maximum weight - 7kg
.Maximum size - 56 x 36 x 23cm
It also exceeding the limitation as per the a/c manufacture and that of the local authority the SACAA.
This should be done at check in not left to the crew to deal with while passengers are boarding.
I had to rescue my laptop from being squashed by an over zealous passenger trying to stuff his oversize bag into the overhead locker. The carry on bags are getting bigger every flight. Passengers need to be informed that this is for their own safety in the unlikely event of an accident and regulated by the SACAA.
