I DONT KNOW WHAT I AM BEEING BILLED FOR

I keep getting calls from the accounts department at Autopage but when i ask for a breakdown no one gets back to me. A few days ago I received a final demand, I need to know what Autopage is billing me for.
Pathetic customer service.
