I am furious - the sad thing is NO ONE can assist. I have been dealing with incompetent people in Cancelations, Accounts now even the credit department. Notes / emails etc and still cannot get my autopage account sorted. A simple cancel 3 blackberry contracts @ Dec cannot be done in Autopage- they carry on billing us for phones we dont even have - then threaten to disconnect the one and only phone that we do have with autopage. This is a joke and I actually do not know who else to call. My cell number is 0845485188 should anyone be able to assist. I have paid cash for what is owing yet they cannot seem to do the maths and wanting to charge me for the BB which have supposidly been cancelled. I will take this further to the radio / newspaper everywhere. Don't take a contract out with autopage as you'll never get out of it.
It saddens me it has come down to this as in the past I have had nothing but good service from Autopage, but since getting the BB contracts it has been trouble ever since - clearly Autopage cannot handle the competitions and grabbing onto customers as best they can - sadly if they were TRAINED correctly in customer services - we wouldnt be in this situation.
