Ported away yet still getting billed

I confirmed my account was paid and that I was free to port, I then ported away from Autopage I was in face R3.96 in credit.

I got notice of a bill after I ported away, I contacted you via the self-service portal on the M13112619 @ 2013-11-26 07:51:56 AM informing you thatI ported my number away from Autopage.
Response:
Kindly note once the port has completed the billing from Autopage will stop.

On 2014/01/17 you billed me yet again.

Yet I'm still getting billed I've even called the call centre and emailed the accounts department nothing has been done?

Useless service just the reason I left.
