Autopage cant give me a simple statement

I have been trying for almost two months to get back around R3500.00 of my accumulated air time that Autopage decide to remove. I have made so many calls to Autopage that I have lost count. Today I could not speak to the accounts department as they were not open. No wonder their accounts are in such a shambles. All I want is a statement and itemised billing for the last year so I can see why they have removed the R3500.00 but a simple task like this does not seem possible. They did offer me R1500.00 which I told them to shove you know where. Welcome to Africa and no customer service
