Good day

I am with autopage cellular for the past 10 years and i have been always renewing my contracts with them every 2 years on my various contracts.
I have been over billed on numerous occasions and promised that my accounts will be credited but instead i still get billed for calls when i am on a top up package.
The only person that helps me is Vanessa Govender, the manager at Pavilion but she doesnt have control over billing.
This has got to be the worst set of accounts team i came across and i have warned family members, friends and work associates to reconsider before renewing or taking out new contracts with autopage cellular as the service is really poor and disgusting.
I have been really patient in the past and cannot wait for altech autopage cellular to provide proper training to their staff to get everything in order as this is a continuous every month
